Character Sketch:
Main Characters:
Raghav Singhania: A passionate lover who can do anything for his love and life Kalpana Kapoor. A now successful businessman who has on his own strength and capability managed to build an empire of 10,000 crores was once a middle class boy who spent his childhood and teenage days in a chawl with his parents. He was studios and called a nerd as he was an introvert and too shy to talk to any person as they used to make fun of his dressing style and find her tacky. Life and his hatred towards the Kapoors have now made him a shrewd and arrogant business man who believes in punctuality and that each second of his is worth in crores.
Kalpana Kapoor: A girl born in a rich family but is very down-to-earth and loves to live a simple life and does not find any difference between the rich and the power. She is the princess of her father being his only daughter. She has a brother Prem Kapoor. She loved Raghav Singhania a lot earlier but now hates him for hurting her family and feels that he cheated her and never loved her.
Singhania family:
Gauri Singhania: A home maker who is simple and sweet by nature. She used to stich clothes at home to earn money for the family but times have changed now as her son has become a millionaire and he has made her the CEO of Gauri textiles. She loves her son a lot as he is her only son but misses her husband. She considered Kalpana as her DIL and still ahs hope that Raghav and Kalpana will unite even though she hates the Kapoors.
Late Vikram Singhania: He was a school master and used to believe in his own principles of always saying the truth and a strong Gandhi follower. He loved his family a lot and even though he earned very less money as a teacher, he never wanted Gauri to work but she used to of her own will. He wanted Raghav to study hard and achieve something big in life.
Kapoor family:
Sahil Kapoor: A selfish business man who believes in following all the wrong paths to earn money and is cruel to his employees. He loves his daughter Kalpana a lot but when it comes to choosing between her happiness and money, he puts money ahead. He loves his son Prem too.
Prem Kapoor: A carbon copy of his father Sahil who believes that he can buy anything and everything with his money. He cares for his sister but not more than himself.
Payal Kapoor: Sahil Kapoor's sister and a money-minded woman who always thinks about how to spend money but loves Kalpana a lot as she is her neice and does not like Prem as he keeps insulting and taunting her for spending money.
Other characters:
Samar Raizada: Ragahv's friend and personal assistant who manages his business and gives him all the information about the Kapoors. He is the only person Raghav trusts.
