Raghav looks up and says "That day Raghav Singhania as a son failed. FLASHBACK:
It was tough for Raghav and
Gauri to survive in a new city, Delhi. For few days, they lived in an ashram
for about 3 months till Raghav found a job in a small IT firm.
Raghav worked there for 2
years and he received 3 promotions during his employment. He worked so hard and
his determination and struggle earned him enough money to start his own
business.
From a small company, Raghav
started expanding his business and his company received a contract of 100
crores. After completing this project, his company only earned profit and in a
time span of 3 years, he owned almost 10,000 crores.
Raghav decided to come to
Mumbai as it was the right time to take revenge on the Kapoors. e set up a fake
company called Virag Industries (Vikram & Raghav) and made his employee
Karan Verma to disguise himself as Rohan Diwan.
Rohan tricked Prem Kapoor
and made him invest a small sum in his company with a promsie to give him a
huge investment return. Prem received 150% of his investment and decided to
invest a bigger amount and again received 150% of the same amount.
The third time, Rohan made
him invest 500 crores in his company and Prem was eager to make more money and
hence he took a loan from the bank and attached Sahil's property as well.
Rohan got the investment and
called Prem the next day to his office. Prem arrived at the office and noticed
that the company had disappeared overnight and since he had made the investment
in cash, there was no proof that he had invested any money.
After a month, the bank
sealed the Kapoor Industries and all their property and bank accounts to
recover the loan and their hosue was auctioned.
Present....
"I guess we should
leave sir..."
Raghav turns behind and
comes out of his thoughts. "Kalpana...You're fine?..."
Kalpana looks directly into
his eyes and answers firmly "What happened to me sir? I'm absolutely
fine...It's morning now and we need to reach office soon and complete the
formalities for the project."
Raghav looks at his watch
and nods his head.
While driving, Raghav keeps
checking if Kalpana is fine or not from the rear mirror. He notices her hair
covering her face and smiles as Kalpana looks like an angelic beauty and he
keeps admiring her through the mirror.
Due to his distraction, the
car bumps into a divider and Raghav puts his hand before Kalpana to save her
from getting hit in front.
"Are you fine? Did you
get hurt?" Raghav asks with a concern.
"A...No...I'm
fine." She answers and tucks her hair behind her ear. She tries to open
the drawer and Raghav at the same time tries to take out a bottle of water to
give her and hence their hands meet each other.
Kalpana stares at Raghav for
the briefest moment and her eyes keep asking him questions "Why do I only
see love in your eyes Raghav? You are here only to take revenge from my
family...But still I can't stop loving you Raghav..."
"I know Kalpi...You may
get angry with me...Scold me...Insult me...But you can never hate
me...Somewhere in your heart you know that I and my family are innocent...But
still your love for them isn't making you to think practically..."
"My dad and brother can
never lie to me...For one second, I can beleive that my brother might have sent
you to jail...But raping a girl? No..He can't do that...My dad loves me the
most...He can't lie to me...You're wrong Raghav...I can understand that you
love your father a lot...But trying to hide his sin is wrong..."
"I wish Kalpi...I wish
I could give you one proof that would make you believe me...But today or
tomorrow you will get to know the truth...How long will your dad and brother
lie to you? Today they don't have any power and money...And I will myself make
Prem so helpless that he will himself tell you that he committed the crime...I
hope that day comes soon..."
Raghav hears a knock at his
car's window and he slides the window down. "You can't hear the horns?
Just start your car. You have created a traffic jam here..." The traffic
policeman scolds Raghav and Raghav apologizes and starts his car.
They finally reach Mumbai
and Raghav tells Kalpana to go home instead of accompanying him to the office.
She gets down from the car and walks straight inside her chawl without looking
back and bidding Raghav.
Kalpi reaches home and keeps
her bags on the bed. Payal hugs Kalpana and kisses her on the forehead saying
"Good to see you back Kalpi. I was so worried about you."
Kalpana smiles and tries to
unpack her bags. Payal holds her hand and says "I'll do this
Kalpi...Please now go and fill these 2 buckets with water. I'll make some
breakfast till then."
Kalpana walks down slowly
and bumps into a young girl. "I'm...I'm so sorry...I just din't see
you."
"It's OK dear...I also
was a bit distracted..." Kalpana says and the girls starts smiling.
"You're new to this
place?" The girl asks.
"No. I have been here
for a while now but I dint notice you here." Kalpana responds.
"Yeah, actually we used
to live in Pune but recently we shifted back to Mumbai as my dad lost his job.
He's come to search a new job here."
"Oh...That's sad to
know. I hope he finds a job soon...Btw, what's your name?"
"Mira. And yours?"
"Kalpana..."
"Kalpana. It's a nice
name."
"You too have a very
nice name, Mira." Kalpana caresses her face and Mira leaves from there as
her mom calls her.
