"It was Prem who had bribed the watchman. The watchman had gone to his house instead of going and informing Tina's parents and he was so corrupt that he did not care about a girl who was bleeding, who was raped by the cruel man but just he wanted was money. If he had told my dad about Prem and had informed the police, the girl would have got justice today and my dad as well would be alive."

Flashback...

Few days had passed by and Raghav tried to hire a good lawyer for Vikram but he could not afford their fees.

Prem on the other hand tried his best to bribe all the hospital staff so that the DNA does not prove him as the culprit. Little did he know that the watchman was not the only person who had seen him that day.

"Sir, as you instructed us, we have tried our best in torturing Vikram. We have hit him so much that our hands started paining and he kept bleeding but still he is not ready to accept the crime. He is so stubborn. He doesn't mind dying but he'll never lose his hope. We tried to make him sign the papers as well but he bit his fingers so hard that they got injured and started bleeding."

"Damn it. I paid you all so much but still you couldn't succeed to even break an old man? You all are absolutely useless. I hope that the evidence is enough to prove that he committed the crime else I swear if any evidence convicts me as a rapist, I'll kill you all." Saying this, Prem disconnects the call.

"What the hell am I hearing Prem? You raped a girl?" Sahil freaked out and Prem snapped saying "Just chill dad. There's no need to get tensed about anything. I have managed to frame Vikram in this crime and soon he'll get the punishment. Luckily, the girl is dead now and I'm tension free."

"Vikram? Is he Raghav's dad?" Sahil questioned him.

"Yes dad. We could punish that Raghav because of Kalpana but now his father will get severe punishment. I'm sure now Raghav will forget Kalpana forever and never dare to face us again."

"Hmmm...We need to be very careful this time. If Kalpana gets the slightest doubt that you have committed this crime, she will hate you and me too. We first need to make her feel that Vikram is the real culprit so that she does not only start hating Vikram but also Raghav."

"That girl is blind, dad. It will take her a birth to hate Raghav but this time I will make sure she starts hating him to an extent that her and Raghav's relation breaks up forever. "It was the case hearing and I had managed to get a lawyer by giving our house as a guarantee. Kalpana also had come to support dad but what evidences were presented during the case made her hate me and dad forever."

The court hearing started...

It was first the watchman who was presented as the prime witness and then the doctors, Tina's parents and the DNA samples also proved Vikram as the real criminal and Kalpana was not able to understand how could Raghav's dad commit the crime. She left the court room after the hearing and Raghav followed her.

"What happened Kalpi? Why did you leave the room? Do you too think..." Raghav stopped as Kalpana looked in his eyes and said "I don't know Raghav but all those evidences prove that your dad..." She cut her statement as Raghav left her hand and stood dumbstruck before her.

The parents came out of the court room and noticed Vikram being taken by the police. The mother caught Vikram's shirt and said "Why did you do this to our child? We trusted you with our child and respected you so much. You were an idol for her and you...Chi!"

Vikram joined his hands before her and said "I dint do anything wrong. Please..." He was completed bruised and his hands were bandaged. Gauri told the mother "Please sister...My husband can never commit such a heinous crime...Please don't blame him..."

"Blame? Every evidence proves that your husband raped my innocent child..." Kalpana intervened and tried to make the lady understand but she pushed Kalpana and looked at Gauri saying "If your daughter was in my daughter's place, would you still say the same thing? And you Miss..." She pointed at Kalpana whose eyes were filled with tears and said "You are also a girl...What if anyone would do this to you? You still would support the rapist..."

The lady fell to the ground and started banging her chest saying "My daughter was only 12 years old. The girl did not even know what's a rape and she...She did in the hospital after suffering so much...She lose so much blood and she never even came to consciousness...This man killed her...He raped her and killed my daughter..."

Kalpana looked at Vikram and then at the parents of the child. She could not bear the pain she could see in the women's eyes and left from there.

Vikram left in the police jeep, leaving Gauri and Raghav completely shattered as the judge had said that he would declare the punishment in the next hearing.

The next day, Gauri got the news that Vikram hung himself in the jail cell.

Present...

Raghav holds his car for support and falls to the ground saying "My dad died in the jail...He couldn't bear the blame of being a rapist...He was tortured so much but he never admitted a crime he never did..."

"We would never know that it was Prem who committed this sin until...Until that girl Mira met me...Mira was Tina's best friend and that day she went to the school in spite of her parent's opposing it as she had remembered that Tina's book was in the basement...She noticed a car outside the school and Prem entering the school holding his phone in his hand...She ignored him and saw my dad and the watchman discussing something in the Principal's office...She tried to hide form them as she knew that my dad would scold her had he seen her coming to the school alone...She rushed from there to the basement and what she had seen was unimaginable...She saw Prem molesting her friend and raping her brutally..."

"It was when she came to my house before leaving the city and informed me that she and her mother had gone to the police station two days back and the police discarded their witness and informed Prem about it...The next day, Prem had come to threaten them to leave the place else he would kill them the same way he had killed Tina and so Mira and her parents decided to leave the place...I could not stop them as I knew that I would be putting their life in danger...My dad had already died and I dint want Mira and her family to lose their life..."
