Flashback...

Raghav reached the Kapoo mansion and the guards tried to stop him but failed to do so.

Raghav stormed inside the Kapoor house and called out for Prem. He screamed his name and Prem came rushing from his room and went downstairs.

"Who the hell is calling me? Guards, where are you all?" Prem started screaming and walked to the main hall.

Raghav noticed Prem approaching the main hall and rushed towards him. He boxed him hard and caught hold of his shirt saying "You ba*****. You raped that innocent girl and..." He keeps boxing him and Prem tried to protest and caught hold of Raghav's hand but Raghav pushed him on the stairs.

Prem fell on the steps and touched his mouth, noticing that he was bleeding. "How dare you hit me you ******." Prem caught his hand again and boxed Raghav on his stomach.

Sahil heard a loud noise coming from the main hall and he rushed down. Kalpana and Payal as well rushed downstairs and noticed Raghav and Prem fighting and beating up each other.

Sahil tried to intervene and Kalpana said "Raghav, what are you doing? Please leave Prem..."

Raghav did not hear anyone and keep beating up Prem. Sahil pushed Raghav away and slapped him hard saying "How dare you hit my son?"

Raghav caught his cheek and took few steps behind. He stood straight and looked at Sahil and then at Prem saying "Your son is responsible for all the wrong that happened to my family and that girl's family. He raped that girl and got my dad convicted for this crime."

Kalpana was astonished to hear this and kept thinking why is Raghav blaming Prem for the crime.

"Prem raped that girl Tina. He also threatened Mira who had witnessed this crime and because of that, my dad hung himself in jail."

"Vikram uncle is ..." Kalpana said and Raghav looked at her and approached her saying "Kalpi, Kalpi,...Prem was the real culprit who physically assaulted that girl..." Raghav caught Kalpi by her shoulders and said "Kalpi, I dint tell you about your dad and brother...It was your dad who bribed me to leave you that day and hence I left the job...Your brother got me arrested by falsely accusing me for cheating the company...But still I dint tell you anything as I dint want to hurt you and so I thought that may be if I go away from your life, it would be better for you...But now what your brother has done cannot be forgiven ever....He raped that girl brutally and killed her....And..."

Kalpana removed his hands and said "What are you saying Raghav? I can never believe that my brother....Prem? No..."

"Kalpi, believe me...It was your brother..."

"No Raghav..." Kalpana shouted and Sahil came near her and said "Kalpi beta, this man has lost his mind...I threw him out of the job as he was the one who cheated the company...I released him from jail in spite of knowing this as you loved...And now see...He is trying to blame my son for the crime his dad committed...Just because his father died, he is trying to accuse my son for his father's crime?"

"Mr. Kapoor...My dad did nothing wrong...You and your son know the truth and I am ashamed to know that you are still supporting your son who is a rapist..." Raghav snapped and Kalpana screamed saying "Stop it Raghav...Leave my dad..."

"Your father deserved it Raghav...He raped the girl and so in guilt, he ended his life...He should have got severe punishment and should have been stoned to death...But alas, he got a peaceful death..." Sahil kept shouting and Raghav could not stop from raising his hand on Sahil and he slapped him on his face.

Kalpana stood dumb struck when she saw Raghav hitting the person whom she loved and respected the most in her life, her dad. She turned Raghav around and slapped him back saying "How could you Raghav? You hit my dad?"

"Kalpi, this man...This man is blaming my dad for..."

"Your dad is a rapist Raghav...He deserved it...Don't try to blame my dad and brother for the crime your dad committed..."

"Enough Kalpi..." Raghav placed his palm asking her to stop. "I never expected you to say this...I...I guess I was right...You, your brother, and your dad...All are the same...Just because my dad was poor, he couldn't defend himself and ...And finally he had to die...He died because of this man..." He pointed towards Prem. "Because of your sick brother..."

"What proof do you have that my brother did it?"

"Proof?" Raghav started laughing and wiped his tears. "Now I need to prove to you my dad's innocence as my words aren't enough right?"

"What proof will he have Kalpana? You still think this beggar has anything to prove now? Good that his dad died...One more beggar is less in this world..." Prem snapped.

"A....Just shut up you *****. Don't dare to talk about my dad...You will soon pay for your crime Mr. Prem Kapoor...This is not the end but just the beginning...Just wait and watch what I do now..."

"Enough Raghav...You don't have anything to prove and are just accusing my dad and brother for such a heinous crime?...I trusted you so much and loved you always...My dad also accepted you for me and today...Today you beat him?...I can never forgive you for this Raghav...I just....I just hate you..." Saying this, Kalpana rushed upstairs and entered her room, crying her heart out.

Raghav did not understand what to say or tell her and he kept looking at her as she ran upstairs.

"Just get out now...Guards, just take this man away...Teach him a thorough lesson...This man hit me so much...Break all his bones till he isn't able to stand again on his feet..." Prem instructed his guards and they kept beating Raghav with rods and bamboo sticks till he finally lost his conscience. Prem ordered his men to throw Raghav's body before his house and they did the same.
