The Kapoors have turned bankrupt due to the mistakes done
by Sahil and Prem Kapoor.
They made deals with a new company without knowing
what the outcome could be and took a loan amount of 100 crores which they could
not pay back to the bank with the result of which their entire property was
auctioned and bought by their rival company RS industries.
Today is the day when Kapoors have to leave their
house forever and surrender all their things to the person who has purchased
their property.
Their bank accounts have been frozen and Sahil Kapoor
barely has INR 10,000 hard cash left with him which is not enough to get him a
house to stay and feed his family of 4 people including himself.
Kalpana is packing all her clothes in a suitcase
while Payal is stuffing all the jewelry and cosmetics in her bag when the
employee of RS industries stops her from taking the jewelry claiming that
except the clothes and personal belongings, she is not allowed to take anything
else with her.
Prem and Sahil keep cursing themselves as it was
their mistake to have invested such a lot of money in a project that was fake
and the person was a fraud who cheated them of 100 crores and vanished in the
air.
The employee starts instructing the workers to pack
all the furniture and load it in the truck and he makes other workers check the
suitcases of the Kapoors before they leave the house.
Kalpana gives her bags for checking and after she is
done, she goes outside the house to keep the suitcase in her car.
The employee comes out saying that this car is no
longer owned by you and is a property of RS industries.
He hears a voice from behind saying "Don't talk
to her like this. She can take the car."
Kalpana turns behind to see the person and gets a
start when she sees Raghav approaching her.
Precap: 5 years back when Raghav met Kalpana for the
first time in college...
