Raghav stands blank as the man keeps staring at him angrily. Each step the man takes forward makes Raghav take a step backward.

Raghav hits the wall and looks behind as there is no space to move and the man comes close to him. The man raises his eyes brows and rests his hands on the wall.

Raghav starts trembling with fear and thinks “What is he upto now? Does he want to strip my clothes off? He is giving similar expressions. OMG, I was never scared of any man till date but this fatso is making me shiver. Kalpi, where are you? Please save me.”

The man moves his head forward and Raghav closes his eyes.

“What’s happening?” A voice comes from the entrance of the restaurant and the man and Raghav turn to see who it was.

“Sammy? Thank God he came to save me.” Raghav says in his mind.

“What happened Raghav? Who is this man?”

“Who are you?” The man says rudely.

“I am his friend. But who are you?” Sammy asks and Sunaina comes in after few moments.

Raghav explains him the situation and Sammy tries to resolve the issue. The man tries to argue with Sammy and Raghav but Sunaina requests him to not make the matter worse to which he agrees. Raghav apologizes and the three leave from there to search for Kalpana.

Kalpana kneels down and cups Bunty’s face. She does not know how to express her feelings and pain for the small boy of 7 years. She goes through series of emotions and remembers the day when she lost her own dad when she was just 8 years old.

The boy continues saying “That is why I don’t get scared of anything and not even death. If anything happens to me as well, I will take what God has decided for me and not repent. When you were getting scare in the flight, I told you too the same that you should not get scared of what you are going to lose but you should appreciate what you have today.”

Tears form in Kalpana’s eyes and are about to fall on her cheek when Bunty wipes the tears saying “Please don’t cry. I don’t like when anyone cries for me. I am happy with what I have got today. Such wonderful parents, friends and now you too are my friend.” He holds her cheeks and says “So smile now.”

Kalpana smiles and touches his forehead saying “How can this small brain think so much?”

Bunty’s mom says “Sometimes even I get surprised when he consoles me saying that everything will be fine and I need to be courageous. He looks after me always instead of me looking after him.” She starts crying and Bunty and his dad try to console her.

“Oh mom, you too. Why do girls cry so much?” He hits his forehead and Kalpana holds his shoulders and pinches his nose saying “Because of boys. They always keep taunting and playing pranks on girls causing us to cry so much. Just like my stupid husband Raghav.”

Raghav notices Kalpana holding the nose of the boy and the parents crying beside her.

“Oh Gosh! What’s going on here? This is the same boy who was in the plane and here Kalpana is punishing him before his parents? That’s why the parents are weeping. Kalpana, when will you improve? You started terrifying strangers as well now?”

Sammy and Sunaina reach the spot once Raghav messages them.

Raghav approaches Kalpana and stands there silently, joining his hands before the parents saying “I am sorry for my wife’s behavior. Please forgive her. She sometimes says and does things without thinking. Just ignore her words and I apologize for her mistake.”

Kalpana looks annoyingly at Raghav. “What do you mean by saying this? You are trying to say that I am dumb and talk anything without thinking?”

Raghav whispers “Kalpana, please keep quiet. These people will call the security if you continue misbehaving with their child.”

The boy’s mother says “No. Your wife has not told us anything wrong and infact we need to thank her for taking care of our son as he got lost at the airport.”

Raghav starts wondering if Kalpana has threatened them or if his ears are hearing something strange. “You need to thank Kalpana? I am sorry but I dint get you.”

The boys’ mother adds saying “Yes. I need to thank her and we already did that. Kalpana is such a sweet girl.” She caresses Kalpana’s face and Kalpana smiles at her and then frowns at Raghav.

“What’s going on? Have I turned deaf? This woman finds Kalpi sweet? I will faint now.” Raghav says to himself.

“OK now we need to leave. Thanks Mr. and Kalpi. Hope that we meet again.” The father says and Bunty gives Kalpana a kiss on her cheek saying “I’ll miss you darling.”

Kalpaan starts laughing and gives him a kiss in return saying “I’ll miss you too my sweetheart. I’ll pray that you come fit and fine and my blessings are always with you.”

The family leaves from there leaving Raghav speechless and Kalpana stares at Raghav making him feel worse.

“What the hell were you trying to prove by your nonsense talks Raghav?”

Raghav clenches his jaws saying “Nothing love. I was just joking.” And he starts laughing.

“Hahahaha! And I loved your joke.” Kalpana starts laughing and Raghav seriously thinks that she considered it a joke but his heart breaks when she raises her voice saying “You fool. You left me stranded at the airport, without a mobile, without a passport, without any money. I kept walking like an idiot here and nobody could understand what I was trying to say. I felt miserable. I felt as if I will never reach home in my life. I was…I am…I ……” And she continues scolding him till he holds her mouth with his hand saying “Please stop stop stop….I am sorry love….But please talk softly. Everyone at the airport are looking at us now.”

Kalpana takes a deep breath and tries to control her anger when Sunaina bhabi consoles her.

10 minutes pass by…

Sunaina tries to explain Kalpana but Kalpana says “That’s not a reason bhabi. This fool left me without anything and wait a second…Did you say that he followed another girl.” She turns to face Raghav who is standing like a goat in a corner trying to hide his face and she continues saying “You shamless man. You left your wife for another girl. I can’t believe you.”

Raghav tries to apologize for his mistake but Kalpana shows no mercy.

“Please Kalpi, forgive me. I thought that there was a problem between you and the parents of that boy and I was just trying to solve the matter.”

“By degrading my image as a dumb, fool and idiot, right? You think that I can’t help anyone and only know one that and that’s to fight and argue. What an image have I built in your eyes?”

“OK I am sorry love. Here, I hold my ears and ask for forgiveness.”

Sammy and Sunaina try to convince Kalpana and she says “OK fine. 50 ups and downs now.”

“What? 50 and here? I’ll hold my ears as of now and then we’ll settle this in the hotel room sweety. Come, let’s go.”

Raghav tries to hold Kalpana’s hand and she backs off saying “I said 50 ups and downs here itself. Hold your eyes and do it.”

Raghav had no option left as Kalpana’s wasn’t interested in buying his apology. He finally agrees to do as she says and starts with his punishment.

All the people passing by start mocking him and passing remarks which makes him stop for a while but when Kalpana scolds him for stopping, he starts holding his ears again.
