RagNa Love Stories: RagNa SS: Anyone can fall in love anytime Chapter 21

Kalpana and Raghav start staring at Manish and then look at each other. Kalpana tries to free herself from Raghav's grip but Raghav has held her so tightly that she is unable to even move slightly. She looks angrily at him asking him to free her but he keeps looking at Manish.

Manish says "A...I guess I need to catch the other lift."

Raghav says "Oh no no Manish. You can board this lift. We are leaving now. Right Kapana?"

Kalpana looks at Raghav as he releases his grip and takes a deep breath. She says "Yes sir, please come in. I need to go and check the new dresses."

Kalpana leaves the lift and then rushes in the cabin, closing the door in a rush. She hears a squeal and opens the door. She notices Raghav standing outside holding his hand in pain.

Kalpana holds Raghav's hand and blows on it when Raghav drags her inside and closes the door.

"You did not answer me Kalpana. What were you telling Prem?" Raghav says angrily.

Kalpana says in an irritated tone "Leave my hand and why should I answer you?

Raghav says "Because I have asked you this question. Listen Kalpana, Prem is not a good person to talk to. You forgot how he used to behave with you earlier? I don't want history to repeat itself again. If he does or tells you anything, I will lose my temper and till this fashion show does not get over, I don't want things to get spoilt. Stay away from that jerk."

Kalpana says "I know how to handle him. And when you were not there all this while, I managed my life and so don't need any advise from you." She says to herself "Anyways, when we needed you the most, that time where were you to help us? Now you are trying to set things right after it has gone worse."

Raghav caressed her face saying "I know Kalpi, you are angry with me for staying away for 10 years but I needed to find my identity. I needed to become someone on my own so that I could benefit the village. I was aware of the problems but without having any money, how could I come back. I was not angry with you or dad or anyone else but just wanted the knowledge and power to deal with these problems and Sammy was the person to guide me all these years. This fashion show is my one and only hope and I know Prem is trying his tricks to create problems. I don't want him to do anything to you or dad or Sunaina bhabi and so till then please stay away from him. He is very smart and can get information out of you without your knowledge. He instigated me years back because of which I spent months in jail. I know him. He is a very evil man. Please stay away from him."

Kalpana looks at Raghav and sees the pain in his eyes. She nods her head in an approval and leaves from there. Raghav offers her a lift but she refuses.

Kalpana takes her scooty and drives off. She keeps thinking about Raghav's words and says "He is right. I only lose my cool and tak senseless things without understanding what he is trying to tell me. He has done so much for me and his family and I keep taunting him that he left us for 10 years. He was always thinking about our benefit only and I always concentrate on those models, Suhana and other people. I need to focus on the fashion show and leave other thoughts out."

Saying this, her scooty stops working. She gets down and notices that the tyre is punctured. She kicks it in anger saying "WTH! This uselss scooty had to get punctured now only. I'm left stranded in the middle of no where. There is no repair shop nor any human over here who can drop me hom. Damn it! Raghav was offering me a lift but I trusted my super digusting scooty. I should file a case against this company for manufacturing defective bikes. Every now and then it just stops without a warning else the useless tyre gets punctured."

Kalpana notices a car and stands in the middle of the road and waves her hand. The car stops and the man in the driver seat lowers the window asking "What happened lady?"

Kalpana notices the man wearing a brown jacket, black goggles and many gold chains on his neck. He was quite plump as well.

Kalpana says "My scooty got punctured. Can you give me a lift till the village?"

The man tells her that he will drop her till the village. Kalpana thinks that the man is trusted and enters his car. After 15 minutes, the man stops the car and Kalpana says "Uncle, why did you stop the car here? Is there any problem with the car?"

The man says "Yes, there is a problem and I need your help for that. Come with me." He opens the door and makes Kalpana to come out of the car. He says, come to the back seat and holds her waist tight. Kalpana gets angry and says "What is this? Leave me else you will have to face a serious problem."

The man smirks and removes a gun saying "Not me. You will have a serious problem if you don't do what I say."

Kalpana laughs and says "Toy gun. Lol! You are scaring me with this toy."

The man hits a shot in the air and Kalpana jerks thinking "OMG! This is a real gun. Mumma, what am I going to do now?"

Raghav leaves his office and on hsi way back home, he notices Kalpana with an unknown man and then hears the bullet shot. He gets off his car and before he goes to help Kalpana, he notices the man on the floor.

Kalpana without getting scared jams the man's foot which makes the gun fall to the ground. She hits his stomach with her elbow and he screams with pain holding it. She then boxes him on his face and he falls to the ground.

Raghav keeps watching this and is unable to digest this. He keeps turning his head from one side to another as the man keeps falling from one side to another with Kalpana's kicks and she finally pulls his hair and puts him on the ground throwing all his chains off. She says "You bloody pirated copy of Bappi Lehri. First look at your size and then think of molesting girls. You jerk, cheapo, useless old man. I am as old as your daughter you fool. Have some shame." She keeps slapping him and Raghav sits on his car and folds his hands saying "This girl has magical powers. Never knew that she had so much energy to hit such a fat man." He starts laughing.

Kalpana keeps boxing his face till it turns red and he pleads her to leave him but she does not stop till Raghav comes and holds her by the waist taking her away. She says "Raghav leave him. He will die like this. Let the police deal with him."

Kalpana says "The police can't do anything. He will be released within few hours by bribing them. He needs to be taught a lesson so that in his entire life he cannot tease a girl. Leave me." The man keeps asking for forgiveness and touches her feet to leave him.

Raghav says "Kalpi, Kalpi leave him."

Kalpan keeps releasing herself but he takes her and makes her to sit in the car. He calls the police who come at the spot and arrest the man. Kalpana grumbles "Raghav also made that man free so soon. I should have left him bald but he did not give me a chance only. Old budda."

Raghav drives off and Kalpana keeps grumbling the entire way. She keeps arguing with him and he tries to make her understand that such molesters need to be arrested only but she does not agree and due to the fight, Raghav does not pay attention to his driving and the car bumps into a tree.

Sammy goes to call Raghav as it is 8:00 p.m. and neither Kalpana nor Raghav have reached home. He passes Sunaina's room and notices her dancing with the ghungroos on. She plays the marathi song "Disla ga bai disla...." and practices the steps.

He stands outside the room admiring her dance and feels satisfied and happy that his gift brought a new life in Sunaina. She was finally living for herself and enjoying her life.

Sunaina keeps dancing and smiling repeating each word of the song and one ghungroo piece breaks. She stamps the piece and is about to fall when Sammy holds her and protects her from falling. She looks at him with a surprise and stands up, adjusts her salwar and says "What are you doing here?"

Sammy says "I was just passing by and noticed you dancing here."

Sunaina says "I know that you are Raghav's boss and a guest here but getting in someone's room without a permission is not right."

Sammy says "I am sorry if I did anything wrong. I was just..." He tries to hold her hand and she pushes him away.

Sunaina says "I guess it was my mistake only. I told you about my past and you thought you can come close to me. I have been noticing you since many days. You keep asking about my husband, my child and buying these gifts for me. I don't want anything." She takes off her ghungroos and puts it in his hand.

Sammy says "You are misunderstanding me Sunaina. I just wanted to be a good friend to you, that's it."

Sunaina says "But I don't need any friend. I am happy this way itself."

Sammy says "You are not happy. I can see the pain in your eyes till today. You have not been able to forgive yourself for your husband's and child's death. You feel somewhere that you are responsible for it."

Sunaina says "Yes, I feel that I am responsible but this is my problem and not yours. Why do I feel that you are telling me this because you ... " She looks down and controls herself from talking furthur.

Sammy says "I am telling you this because I care for you." Sunaina looks at him with anger in her eyes. Sammy continues saying "Yes, I do care for you. I feel for you. I ....I love you."

Sunaina raises her hand to stop him from saying anything and he says "Slap me for saying this. But this is the truth. I love you and I ahve no shame in admitting it. I came here from London for starting a new business here but I did not know that I would find my soul mate here. For so many years my mom dad kept telling me to get married but I was so engrossedin working and achieveing something that I had not time to search a girl for me. I found you and you are a perfect woman. Your heart is of gold and if you come into my life, I will give you all the happiness you deserve. I promise you that."

Sunaina says "Enough. Just stop it here. Don't want to hera anything more. You just leave my room just now. Go. I said leave."

Sammy says "OK. If you want me to leave then it's fine. I guess that me staying here also may be wierd now. I'll leave the house and go but before going I just want to tell you one thing. I have been noticing that you have been an excellent daughter to your parents and Vikram, wife to your husband, mother to Raghav and Kalpana but one thing is missing. You have not been a happy woman. You have lived for others but have lost your own identity. Your dance class could have been your identity today as you love dancing and today when you were dancing now, I could see the happiness and love you have for this art. You should not leave it. At the end, it's your decision."

Sammy leave the room and Sunaina bangs the door on his face and keeps crying.

Smoke stars coming out from the car which makes Raghav furious. Kalpana gets off the car and says "Another defective car, just like my scooty."

Raghav looks at her angrily and thinks "Not now Raghav. Because of the argument only the car broke down. Don't respond to her else she will increase your BP. It's 8:30 p.m. now and I need to think how to reach home. At this time, no car or other vehicle will come to help us as well."

It starts raining heavily and Kalpana goes under the tree to save herself from getting wet. Raghav comes near her and says "Kalpana, I can see a small shed 2 km from here. We need to wait there tillt he rain stops else we both will fall ill."

Kalpana ignores him and Raghav says "OK fine. You remain here and I will go there alone. I cannot afford to fall ill."

Raghav leaves and Kalpana stands there for 20 minutes waiting for the rain to stop. Raghav come there and drags her to come inside the shed.

"WTH! Why did you drag me here?" Kalpana says loudly.

"Because you would stand there for another 5-10 hours, falls sick and take a leave tomorrow from office which I cannot afford. The show is next week and neither of us can fall sick" Raghav answers her.

Kalpana thinks "Idiot, he brought me here not because he cares for me but he does not want me to take a leave. Selfish fool."

Kalpana starts shivering due to the cold weather and curses herself for wearing a white kurti which is looking a bit transparent today as she was drenched completely.
