Kalpana goes to her room and calls Priya to know about what do woman who keep this fast need to do but the number comes busy.

Sunaina knocks the door and asks Kalpana to come for breakfast while Kalpana says that she had few buscuits and so she will directly have lunch.

Sunaina goes to Raghav's room and inquires about his wound and says softly "This girl also na. Everyday she says I am not hungry and ignores one time food or breakfast. Like this she will fall sick and I cannot even force her to have food as she is so stubborn." Raghav says "Whom are you talking about bhabi?" Sunaina says "Who else? Kalpana only."

After some time, Sunaina serves Kalpana lunch in her room only as Kalpana says that she is too lazy to come down and have lunch. After Sunaina leaves the house for the market and Kalpana calls the maid Shanti and gives her the plate of food.

The maid asks her "Why are you not eating this food Kalpi? Bhabi told me that you did not even have breakfast today morning and now not having lunch also? Are you keeping karva chauth fast today?"

Kalpana says angrily "What? Me and Karva chauth fast? Why should I keep it? I am just not feeling like having food."

The maid says "Why Kalpana? Are you not feeling well?"

Kalpana says "No, I am fine but just not in the mood to have it and anyways, please don't tell bhabi that I made you to eat this food. Tell her that I had the food. OK?"

The maid answers "I and should tell lies to bhabi? Never. I have always told the truth and can never lie."

Kalpana says "Oh ho wow, you have never told lies? Really? That day you went to meet your boy friend in the garden and told bhabi that your father is not well and took a leave. Should I tell this to bhabi now."

The maid gets scared and says "Shhhhhh.... please Kalpana, please don't tell her anything. I promise I will eat this food and not tell anyone about it."

When the maid leaves, Raghav who has been hearing their conversation standing outside her room comes inside and knocks the open door. Kalpana gets nervous when she sees him there and thinks "Oh God, Raghav heard everything?"

Raghav says "So, you are really fasting today?"

Kalpana says in a nervous tone "No no, me and fasting never."

Raghav says "Don't lie Kalpana. Bhabi told me that you dint have breakfast and now you told Shanti to have the food and lie to bhabi that you ate the food. Why?"

Kalpana says "So, I will tell the maid whatever I want and in any case, hearing other's talks is not good manners."

Raghav comes near her, bits his lips and says "Really? Hearing somebody talking is not good manners? Then that day when you were hearing mine and Sammy's conversation was what? You were searching for the letters that day, right?"

Kalpana widens her eyes on hearing this and thinks "Raghav is aware of this? Oh no."

Kalpana says hesitantly "What letters and which conversation? I don't know anything and now I am going. I have a lot of work to do."

While she leaves, Kalpana's hand hits Raghav's, and her bracelet gets stuck in his watch. She tries to free it and Raghav lifts his hand and this action pulls Kalpana near him. Kalpana looks at Raghav who is smiling at her and he grabs her closer. She keeps looking at him while he tries to release the bracelet from his watch and she smiles at him unknowingly. He looks and says "It's done." Kalpana says with a smile "Haan." Raghav says "It's done" and shows her the watch. Kalpana says "Haan." Raghav shakes Kalpana and says "Kalpana, you are free now" and starts giggling. Kalpana comes to her senses and says "Haan really? Oh ok, thanks."

Kalpana turns to leave the room and trips over the railing and Raghav says loudly "Kalpana, careful." Kalpana says angrily "Ya, thanks." She leaves the room and Raghav smiles to himself and says "Kalpana has still not grown up. She is still the same kid I left 10 years back."

Kalpana goes to the kitchen and says to herself "Why did I come here? I forgot that I have not to eat food but yeah, that idiot was there in my room and I just left from there like a fool."

Kalpana turns to leave the kitchen and bangs into Raghav who says "You are come here to eat something? You want me to help you in making something to have?"

Kalpana says "No thanks but I am not hungry. Huh!" And she leaves from there and rushes to her room and closes the door.

After 2 hours Kalpana keeps telling herself "Oh God, this hunger is killing me. Rats are roaming in my tummy and now it's making weird noises as well. What should I do? Yes, I will watch TV now."

Kalpana switches on the television and the channel that flashes is Food Food where they explain how to make Jalebis. She says "Oh no, Jalebis. Noooo, today only they had to make this sweet dish else other days they make useless diet food which I ask Sunaina bhabi to prepare for me." She changes the channel and watches news where the breaking news flashes "Sansani khez khulasa...This is the food that caused two children to be hospitalized due to food poison. Gaur se dekhiye in cheron ko (Careful watch these faces). These are the two culprit chefs who make tasty food for the school children and use bad quality rice for biryani." Kalpana curses the culprits saying "These two idiot chefs should be jailed forever. First of all they make biryani, oh my lovely biryani, and then those poor children fall sick due to this. They should be sentenced to life imprisonment and served that biryani only. Oh no, I am feeling so hungry now." She changes the channel and watches a saas bahu show where the bahu is made to make sheera for the family and she says to herself "Why God? Why punishing me today? Why all channels only showing me tasty food dishes? No, I'll switch off this TV now."

Kalpana thinks of hearing some music and fall asleep till evening and starts the music player and hears the song "Lochae ulfat..." and she tells herself "My feelings match this song so perfectly. Whenever I see Raghav, Lochae ulfat ho jata hai" and she puts her head in the pillow and falls asleep.

Sunaina comes from the market and Sammy confronts her saying "I was searching for you only now and see you came in front of me. I am sure now you will live for 100 years."

Sunaina laughs and says "100 years? I don't think so I will live for so long but tell me why you were searching for me?"

Sammy smiles and says "I wanted you to select few dishes which I can serve the foreign delegates who will coming to this village today evening for attending fashion show that is after few days. Since you are so good in making food, I am sure that you could suggest me few dishes to serve them and which are less spicy as well."

Sunaina says "Yeah sure, I will help you out in this. If you want I can prepare few dishes for them, I mean if you don't mind me serving them food cooked by me."

Sammy says "No of course you can make the food but I did not want you to take so much trouble."

Sunaina says "What trouble? You are our guest and guests and like God for us. I will be obliged if you would chose me to help you out in this."

Sammy smiles and says "Sure. I would also love you have your food, I mean they would love to have Indian food cooked by you."

Kalpana wakes up with the call and checks the number. She checks that there are 10 miss calls from Priya. She calls her up and asks "What happened Priya? Why did you cal me up so many times? I was asleep and so did not pick up your call. Everything is fine?"

Priya answers "Kalpana, I was about to ask you the same. You called me up few hours back but I was talking to someone else. Tell me why did you call up."

Kalpana says "Oh yes, I also forgot about it. I called you up to ask how do you celebrate Karva Chauth."

Priya says "Why are you too fasting today? You said that you won't na?"

Kalpana says "Yes, I said that I won't fast but just for general knowledge I am asking as I am getting bored at home."

Priya realizes that Kalpana is lying and tells her what do woman do on this occasion and also tells her that woman put mehndi on their hand.

Kalpana hears this and thinks "Oh no. Now Ido not know how to put mehndi on my hand. Yes, Sunaina bhabi knows how to put mehndi. I will go to her only and ask her to put for me."

Kalpana goes to the kitchen and asks Sunaina bhabi to put mehndi for her and Suniana tells her that she has to cook food now and will help her after few hours. Sunaina comes to know why Kalpana has asked her for the mehndi as she knows in her heart that Kalpana has decided to fast today after looking at Raghav's injury but she does not tell her anything but feels happy that Kalpana is slowly trying to accept their marriage.

Kalpana keeps roaming in the hall and dashes Vikram. She says "Dad, I am so sorry. I did not notice you."

Vikram says "Oh beta, it's OK but why are you roaming here and you are looking so weak. Did you have lunch properly? You did not come down for food."

Kalpana says "Dad, I had lunch in my room and now was just doing time pass over here as I was getting bored."

Vikram laughs and says "Then continue with your time pass. Tell me if you want anything as now I am going out and will buy chocolates for you as I know cadbury is your favorite."

Kalpana laughs and says "Yeah dad, I love you so much." She hugs him and he leaves from there.

After 3 hours, Sunaina calls Kalpana in her room and puts mehndi for her. Sunaina says "Kalpana, may I ask you a question? Why did you decide to put mehndi today only? I mean always when I used to tell you that I will put mehndi for you, you used to refuse and today only you wanted to put."

Kalpana changes the topic as she knows that if she answer Sunaina, she will reveal the truth to her and she then talks about the fashion show.

They hear the village people shouting "Chaand aaya" and Kalpana runs to see the moon while Sunaina leaves the room to call Raghav without making Kalpana aware. Kalpana keeps looking at the moon and shuts her eyes thinking of Raghav. She opens her eyes when she feels a tap on her shoulder and notices Raghav behind her. She says "You, how did you come here?" Raghav says "To break your fast." Kalpana says "What?" Raghav laughs and says "No, I came here to meet Sunaina bhabi. Where is she?" Kalpana says "She was here now and may be she has gone to the kitchen."

Sunaina comes in with a plate of food for Kalpana and keeps it in front of her and says "Kalpana you told me that you will have dinner in my room na so I brought the plate here and now I need to serve those foreign delegates. I'll come after some time." She looks at Raghav and smiles and Raghav understand what she is telling him to do.

Raghav says "Now how are you going to have this food? You have mehndi on your hands. Do you want to feed me?"

Kalpans looks at him angrily and says "Why you should I feed me? I will manage on my own."

Kalpana tries to pick up the plate but she cannot manage as the mehndi is still wet on her hand. She tries for 10 minutes and Raghav keeps looking at her and smiles. Raghav says "Now at least let me do the honors. May I?"

Kalpana lets him to feed her as she feels too hungry and cannot wait for the mehndi to dry. He comes with the plate near her and picks up a roti, fills it with vegetable and feeds her. She looks at him and keeps eating the food and he keeps feeding her and when the food plate is over, Raghav says "We're done."

Sunaina looks at them from far and keeps smiling looking at the love between the two. Raghav gives Kalpana a glass of water and makes her to drink from it and Sunaina comes in with another plate of food for Raghav and says "Now you also have food Raghav. You have also not eaten anything since morning." Kalpana looks at him and is shocked to hear this.
