RagNa Love Stories: Anyone can fall in love Anytime Season 2 Chapter 8

"Ummm...I think someone said they don't take hard drinks." Raghav says while placing an order for a beer. Kalpana turns towards her right and puts down her glass. "Excuse me...Do I know you?"

"May be or may be not...I guess we travelled by the same air plane, we are staying in the same hotel and yesterday we visited the beach together..." Raghav says while sipping on his beer.

"Whatever...I don't like to talk to strangers..." Kalpana says while ignoring Raghav and she takes her glass and walks away.

Priya stops a waiter and takes a piece of chicken nuggets from the plate. She eats the piece and notices Prem approaching her in a haste which makes her start coughing. She immediately turns her back and starts walking fast and PRem starts following her. She tries to hide behind a couple and Prem finds it tough to find her.

Priya notices Prem moving away and she turns her back and dashes into Kalpana. "Where were you? I was searching you since a long time."

"I had gone to eat something. After drinking vodka, I felt so hungry." Priya says while looking out for Prem.

"Whom are you searching now Priya? Your 6 hour old boyfriend? I mean ex boyfriend?" Kalpana snaps.

"Forget him...Let's go and dance now." Priya says when the DJ starts playing Bollywood songs. Kalpana and Priya start dancing to the tunes of the songs and enjoy themselves.

Raghav stands near the bar counter and watches Kalpana dance in the crowd. A girl touches him on his shoulder and he doesn't notice it. The girl stands before him and says "Hey handsome!"

Raghav looks at the girl and asks "Hi!...You know me?"

The girl looks at him in a confusion and says "You don't recognize me? I'm Carol. Remember we had a lot of fun on the beach." She says while moving her finger on his lips. "I'm sorry as I forgot to ask your name yesterday."

"It's Raghav. Anyways, I'll just come..." Raghav says while walking towards the dance floor and the girl grabs his hand, pulling him towards her. "Hey honey! I won't let you go so easily." "OK then. Let's dance." Raghav says while grabbing her hand and walking towards the crowd.

"Priya...Priya, please listen to me." Prem says while holding her hand and trying to gain her attention on the dance floor.

"I don't want to talk to you Prem. Please leave." Priya snaps.

"Please once listen to me. I am not a gay. I'm straight." Priya still ignores Prem's words and he continues saying "I can prove that I'm straight."

"What?" Priya replies back in a loud voice and Kalpana gets irritated with their conversation and hence she leaves them alone and starts dancing on her own.

Raghav holds Carol's hand and starts dancing with her before Kalpana. Kalpana frowns and ignores him. She starts feeling high as she consumed more than 3 vodka shots and hence she was unable to balance herself in the crowd.

The DJ increases the volume and pace of the songs and announces "All boys and girls on the dance floor, there will be a game held now. The couple who dances the best among you all will win a brand new car from Hyundai as this brand is sponsoring our function tonight. So get ready boys and girls and rock the dance floor."

Kalpana jumps with joy hearing the announcement and says "I want to win this car". Raghav stands before her and extends his hand saying "So, shall we dance together tonight? I'm sure we'll win this car then."

"Why? I can win it all by myself. I don't need your help." Kalpana says casually.

"I guess you dint hear what the DJ said. He said that it's a couple who can win the car." Raghav responds. Kalpana makes a puppy face and thinks for few seconds before agreeing to dance with Raghav.

"Please Priya. We should try for this gift. Please." Prem pleads and Priya looks at the car which makes her agree to his wish.

Chapter 8d:

The couples start dancing. Kalpana and Raghav jive together and surprise all the guests. Each couple does their best dance and those who miss a beat or step keep getting eliminated from the game as per the rules.

The DJ plays fast songs to get more and more couples show their moves on the floor and Priya and Prem give equal competition to Kalpana and Raghav.

The DJ watches Kalpana and Raghav matching each beat and dancing their best on the floor and he tells the sponsor that this couple might win the car tonight.

The last song is played at the function "Jail house rock" by Elvis Presley and the final couples left on the dance floor are only 3 including Kalpana and Raghav along with Priya and Prem.

Raghav whispers in Kalpana's ear "Just dance as I say and we shouldn't make any mistake as this is a very fast song." Kalpana agrees to his words and dances the way he says. They both look into each other's eyes and start dancing.

Priya loses the grip of Prem's hand while swirling and loses the competition. The second couple do not coordinate their dance and that comes in the eyes of the sponsors who are judging their dance.

Raghav observes that the judges will anytime announce the winner and he swirls Kalpana twice and holds her by the waist. She stops and falls in his arms and they both share an eye lock with their lips being few inches away from each other.

Raghav, unable to control himself, leans forward and gives Kalpana a peck on her lips.

Priya looks astonished on seeing this and the final prize is declared by the sponsor who confirms Kalpana and Raghav as the final winner. Prem starts clapping for the win of his brother.

Kalpana remains silent for few moments and it takes her time to realize that Raghav has kissed her. Raghav keeps smiling and asks her to join him on the stage to collect their prize. He shakes her to make her come back to reality and Kalpana blinks her eyes and touches her lips. "Come, let's collect our prize." Raghav says excitedly. Kalpana raises her hand and gives him a tight slap on his face.
